Since the apartments are located in the Old Town you will live in the center of area where most of the well known restaurants are. All cuisines will be at your disposal. We can also arrange a Welcome or Relax Packages, waiting for you in the apartment so you wont have to rush to the supermarket just after arrival. | |

If you are coming first time to Krakow, we strongly recommend that you use our pick up service. Our representative will be waiting for you with a special welcome board in the arrivals hall and afterwards you will be safely transferred to the apartment. The cost of the service is 23 Euro. Please let us know in advance should you require our pick-up service.You can also take a bus that will take you from the airport to the city center no. 192 or train station no. 208 and than walk. | |

Instead of an expensive and cramped Krakow hotel room we offer spacious and fully equipped hotel apartments with their own facilities. All of our Krakow hotel apartments are in most favourable locations, either right next to the Main Square or in the middle between the Old Town, the Wawel Castle - the royal residence and Kazimierz (the famous old Jewish district). Please note that our apartments are located in various locations in the Old Town & centre, in buildings with no elevators. |

Please note that the reception is open only from 10:00 until 17:00. Should you arrive after 17:00, please contact Old Town Apartments at least 40 minutes prior to arrival. At check-in, you will be asked to fill out a registration form, settle the payment, and provide your credit card details or leave a EUR 150 refundable deposit, to secure the apartment during your stay. Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments. In case of group reservations (more than 2 apartments), the terms and conditions may differ from the hotels standard policies (possibility of prepayment). The hotel will contact you directly if this rule applies. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged PLN 89.60 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged PLN 112.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. There is no city/tourist tax. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs PLN 22.40 per person. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
